Behind the Scenes at CHI Energy Bites™

I have learned quite a bit about nutrition in my decades of work with thousands of athletes. I have seen athletes break down during races due to the wrong fuel choice, as well as complicated food and beverages that caused gut distress and ruined their training and competition.

These experiences have led me to my life’s mission: To create a gut-friendly, organic, fresh, tropical flavor-infused, allergen-free, gluten-free, vegan, high-protein and (most importantly) delicious-tasting energy bite formulated to provide the right fuel at the right time for those seeking gains in the gym, stamina on endurance courses, recovery after a hard workout or just a nourishing snack to satisfy a craving or low energy dip in the afternoon without breaking the calorie budget.

Mission Accomplished

With that goal in mind, the hard work came next. After all, nothing worth anything great comes easy. First, we got to work testing dozens of recipes with a professional world-class pastry chef. Along the way, we sought out budget-friendly organic ingredients to keep costs down and searched for no-sugar tropical flavor concentrates to keep the bites safe in storage and while shipping here in the U.S. and across the world.

Next up was user testing. We sampled the CHI Energy Bites with people from age 18 to 80 to get feedback on their favorites and learn about their preferences for buying and consuming the bites.

It was a three-year journey from start to finish, but it was well worth it to arrive at the final product: Our delicious, nutritious, and all-natural CHI Energy Bites. We hope that you enjoy them as much as we do!
